ABOUT ME
When I bought my first condo, I was surprised to see how poorly managed was our Syndicate. The manager in place took more than six months before contacting us for condo fee payments, as well as providing us with general information regarding meetings, etc. During the first years, I also experienced several special contributions, because the budget never met the needs of the Syndicate. This motivated me to introduce myself as president and manager of our co-ownership. My CPA title has served me well in carrying out my duties. Initially, I had no commercial objective, but several of my acquaintances asked me if I would be interested in getting involved in the management of their co-ownership as well. Thus, by word of mouth, I developed relationships with customers which led to the creation of my business.
